These in-depth 1-1 coaching and mentoring sessions are aimed at any practitioners who want to develop their leadership skills and particularly those who:

  • have middle leadership roles
  • wish to step up to senior leadership or
  • are new to senior leadership roles.

Delivered over 5 x fortnightly 2-hour sessions, the programme will cover key topics such as:

  • establishing your leadership style
  • setting personal and team goals
  • developing reflective practice
  • delegation, devolved leadership and developing the team
  • difficult conversations and tackling underperformance
  • preparing for reviews
  • peer reviews
  • presentation skills.
