Successful subject leadership in primary: evaluating impact and next steps planning

As you continue your professional journey through your teaching career, you may begin to think about taking on wider school responsibilities, such as the role of subject coordinator. Leading a subject area effectively is one of the most important elements in securing high-quality teaching and learning in all schools. This short course provides an introduction to the knowledge and skills required to take on this role. It will explore effective systems for monitoring and evaluation and provide delegates with strategies to successfully analyse data, create action plans and evaluate the impact of these.
